The Devil Dog Concepts Hard Charger Tactical (HCT) mounts to the Third Picatinny slot of the rifle’s upper receiver and comes with the Traditional Pull Handle. The Hard Charger Tactical mounting option utilizes the third slot allowing mounting of a Back-Up Sight to the rear, leaving the front of the Upper Receiver rail space available for Optics. This option is designed for a more “tactical’ type of optic set up. No longer do you have to rebuild your upper receiver or buy a new rifle to have the side charging capability.
